Aaron Weintraub Bio

Coach Traub is honored to be called “Coach” by quite a few people over his 21 years in coaching. He coached college baseball for 13 years with success at: Emory University, Presbyterian College, Brevard College, The University of Virginia, and Cedar Valley College. He has been a full-time mental skills coach, consultant, and author now for eight years now. He has worked with 

• Author of Leadership Training for Softball, Coaches' Guide to Winning the Mental Game, and An Elite Athlete's Manual for Training Mental Skills. 
• Clients include Baylor, UTA, NMSU, McNeese, Houston, DBU and many others.

  · Current Assistant Softball Coach at Riverside City College.

  · Has coached/consulted for NPF’s Dallas Charge, Ole Miss, La Tech, UCF, Baylor, Houston, Memphis, and many others.

  · Local and National Clinician including ABCA, NFCA, THSBCA, and Glazier Clinics.

  · M. Ed. from the University of Virginia, and B.A. from Emory University.

  · Former College Baseball Coach for 13 years, including three at UVa.

  · Coached college baseball at three schools that were nationally ranked in the top five.

  · Member of NFCA Travel Ball Coaching Staff of the Year—Texas Glory 2014.

  · Certified Trainer for the Positive Coaching Alliance, a national non-profit organization.

  · Clients have included Arizona, Baylor, UTA, UCF, NMSU, Houston, Ga Tech, Ole Miss, LA Tech, CMU, McNeese, and many others.

  · Disciple of Harvey Dorfman. Fan and imitator of John Wooden and Tony Robbins.
