Camp Description

Instruction is oriented for the serious baseball player interested in improving their baseball skill set yet tailored to players across all ability levels. This is an outstanding opportunity to receive professional instruction and interact with our coaching staff and players face to face.

Who May Attend

The camp is open to everyone grades 9-12.

Camp Itinerary

12:00 – 1:00    Registration – Gate 1/Team room – Clark-LeClair Stadium

1:00 – 1:15      Introduction

1:15 – 1:30      Stretch

1:30 – 1:45      60’s

1:45 – 1:55      OF throw from RF

1:55 – 2:10      IF throw from SS

2:10 – 2:20      C’s throw to 2nd

2:20 – 3:00      Position Instruction - *40 Minutes total         

• Catchers – Receive, block, fielding bunts, pop-ups, etc.
• Infield – 2 man drills, short fungo, knee drill, square drill, etc.
• Outfield – 2 man drills, fungo progressions, fly balls, dot drills
• Pitchers – Delivery mechanics, PFPs, balance work, etc.

3:00 - 4:30       BP – (Live – Defense – Defense – Indoor Cages) - *20 Minute Rotations

• Live – Hit on Field
• Defense – Position players find position, pitchers bullpens
• Defense – Position players find position, pitchers bullpens
• Cage – Tee progression, top/bottom hand, front toss, hitting in counts

4:30 – 4:50      Stadium Tour

4:50 – 5:00      Closing Remarks

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on canceled campers, but we do offer a future camp credit if you decide that you cannot attend our camp.  If you cancel within 14 of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid.  The credit is valid for a full year from camp date at any of our camps, clinics or prospect events.  The $100 camp deposit is non-refundable.

• BE ON TIME, BE POSITIVE, BE ATTENTIVE AND BEHAVE
• KEEP UP WITH YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE – MAKE SURE YOUR PERSONAL EQUIPMENT IS MARKED CLEARLY.
• COACHES WILL SUPERVISE ANY AND ALL WORK.
• DO NOT THROW BALLS OR SWING BATS WHILE WAITING FOR SESSIONS TO BEGIN.
• NO CLEATS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE LOCKER ROOM AREA.
• VALUABLES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND MAKE SURE YOUR ROOM IS LOCKED EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
• HATS ARE NOT TO BE WORN BACKWARDS.
• LISTEN, WORK, HUSTLE, IMPROVE AND HAVE FUN

Please mark personal items so they may be easily identified.  East Carolina University will not be responsible for any items lost or stolen so we do not encourage bringing anything expensive such as: expensive jewelry, excessive money.
