Prospect Camp - For Jr. High & HS Players

This camp is designed for rising 7th-9th graders for High School Prospect Camp and grades 10th – 12th for College Prospect Camp. This camp is designed for rising 7th graders through rising seniors.The camp will run from Sunday, July 21 beginning at 1:00pm for registration and conclude Tuesday, July 23 at 4:00 pm. On Monday, July 22 camp will begin at 9:00am and conclude at 9:00pm. This camp is designed for the serious baseball player. Instruction will be advanced yet tailored to players of all abilities and skill levels. This camp will prepare you to play baseball at the next level. The High School Prospect Camp will teach players grades (7-9) what it takes to be a successful high school player while the College Prospect Camp will teach players grades (10-12) what it takes to be a successful college player. Games will be played everyday at Clark LeClair and off campus fields. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided for boarders while day campers will receive lunch and dinner only. College and high school coaches will be primary instructors for this camp.
In addition to the advanced instruction, there will be a different topic daily relating to college baseball preparation. Academics, recruiting, strength and conditioning as well as promoting yourself as a player will be among the topics discussed in camp. This is a very informative camp for the potential High School/College baseball player.

10% off for 9 or more players from the same team. Have your coach call and submit a roster of players before making any payments on-line to receive the discount.
We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, but we do offer a future camp credit if you decide that you cannot attend our camp. If you cancel within 14 of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for a full year from camp date at any of our camps, clinics or prospect events. The $100 camp deposit is non-refundable.

Items to Bring
The following are items needed for 2013 Pirate Summer Baseball Camps: Please understand that some items may be left off depending on the weather conditions that week.
Please mark personal items so they may be easily identified. East Carolina University will not be responsible for any items lost or stolen so we do not encourage bringing anything expensive such as: T.V.'s, video games, expensive jewelry, excessive money.
Campers driving to camp must leave car keys with coach upon registration. Cars will not be needed for the duration of camp.
Additional money for vending machine items, ECU apparel, and pizzas after the PM session is recommended.
East Carolina University Campus Housing has informed us that there will be an $85.00 charge for any room key and a $30.00 charge for any entry door key that is not returned to the check out desk at the end of camp. Therefore, we are requiring that you come to camp with a check for $115.00 made out to ECU Baseball which will serve as a refundable key deposit. If your keys are returned, your check will be returned to you before you leave. If you lose your keys, your deposit will cover the cost of replacement. Any unused portion of your deposit will be refunded to you. There will be a check out desk at Clark LeClair Stadium on July 23rd. There will be an inspection of all rooms, common areas, furnishings and equipment used by participants who must return them to as good in order as they were upon commencement of their use. We hope that this policy does not cause you any inconvenience but Campus Housing must cover the cost of lock and key replacement when keys are lost. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
